Terms and Conditions

  1. By submitting the application form, the designer agrees to all related terms and conditions.
  2. The designer confirms that all information provided is correct and complete. Applications with incorrect information will not be processed.
  3. Final approval status will be notified via email. If no notification is received within 14 working days after submitting the application, it will be considered unsuccessful.
  4. The collaborative products are exclusively sold through e-print as the sole sales channel in Hong Kong. e-print reserves the right to make the final decision on the sale of collaborative products.
  5. Design works must be original creations conceived and designed by the designer (or their team). The designer ensures that the submitted designs are original or legally authorized, not infringing on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. In case of any copyright disputes, the designer will bear all related legal responsibilities.
  6. e-print will review design works to ensure quality and suitability. We reserve the right to reject designs that do not meet our standards or are not suitable for sale on our platform.
  7. The designer retains the copyright and intellectual property rights of their design works. The designer agrees to grant us the right to display, promote, and sell their design works on the platform.
  8. Designers must adhere to our pricing range and policies.
  9. Designers will receive a certain percentage of profit from the sales of their design works.
  10. We will provide regular sales reports to designers, showing the sales status of their design works and the corresponding income. Settlements will be made within the set timeframe based on the designer's sales and profit-sharing percentage.
  11. Without prior written consent from e-print, designers are not allowed to disclose any confidential information in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in written or oral form. This includes but is not limited to reproduction, alteration, public discussion, dissemination, etc. Any disclosure of confidential information or related content without consent is a violation. In case of such violation, e-print has the right to seek compensation from the designer, which may include direct losses, damages to reputation, or claims from third parties.
