Details and Terms for the "Pick Up First, Pay Later" Scheme:

1. The offer is only available to specific industries: social services and other group organizations, government agencies, higher education institutions, secondary schools, tutoring/educational institutions, primary schools, kindergartens, religious organizations/institutions.
2. Generally, payment is due 30 days after pickup. Any payment beyond 30 days requires additional approval.
3. First-time applicants must provide relevant CR or organizational certificationdocuments.
4. Orders must be stamped with the company seal that matches the company name.
5. If a customer has previously applied but failed to make payment on time, our company will not approve similar future applications.
6. In case of any disputes, Promise Network Printing Limited reserves the right to make the final decision, including the right to modify these terms and conditions, change or terminate the offer without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Free Booklet and Flyer Design and Free Revision Services

• Free design service covers up to 24 pages (including the cover, back cover, and inner pages). Additional pages will be charged according to standard design fees.
• Note: The page count will be based on the final approved version.

• Design execution will follow the initial draft style mutually confirmed in writing by both parties. Any subsequent modifications should be made within the original style framework.
• Note: Major adjustments to the design style may require renegotiation of the terms or termination of the service.

• After complete design materials are submitted, the design will be delivered in stages within 3-10 working days:
  Phase 1: Priority delivery of the cover and inner page layout (P1) for style confirmation.
  Phase 2: Completion of the remaining page designs.
• Note: Subsequent modification timelines will be coordinated according to business arrangements, and specific completion times may vary.

• Complete materials must be provided in the following formats: Word/Excel/Text/JPG/PDF/SVG, etc.
  Editable text documents (not handwritten)
  Clear image materials (resolution ≥ 300 dpi)
  Logos and design reference sketches
• Note: Incomplete or incorrect formats may affect the design progress.

• Three basic revisions are provided, with each revision limited to a single adjustment (e.g., text color, partial layout).
• The 4th revision and beyond will incur a basic handling fee starting at HKD 50 per revision. Complex modifications will be negotiated separately.

• Modification requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• If no modification request is made within 30 days after the design is delivered, the design will be considered finalized, and any further modifications will require a new quote.

• The copyright of the design work belongs to e-print. The client is granted permission to use it for the current book printing and related promotional purposes.
• The design work cannot be used for resale, derivative product creation, or other commercial purposes without prior authorization.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that the provided materials do not involve third-party rights disputes (e.g., text/image infringement). The client will bear any related legal responsibilities.
• e-print does not provide any special guarantees regarding the market effectiveness of the free design service.

• It is recommended to provide style reference examples to improve communication efficiency.
• Free services are primarily available for non-urgent, non-high-precision custom projects.
• These terms were updated in March 2025. e-print reserves the right to adjust the terms as needed for business purposes.
• Free revisions are subject to complexity and are considered a limited service.
