1. Upload the completed application form (Download Form).
2. Upload a copy of a valid school registration certificate*
  • Each file must not exceed 2MB.
  • Accepted file formats: GIF, JPG (JPEG), TIF (TIFF), PNG, and PDF.
How To Use
Upon successful registration, the discount will automatically applied to your basket when orders are placed through the Self-Service Platform (the lower discount will apply if there are multiple offers).
Eligibility requirement (Must fulfill the following Criteria)
  • Kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, or tertiary education institution/organization in Hong Kong.
  • Hold a valid School Registration Certificate issued by the Education Bureau.

Notification of Result

  • Applicants will be notified of the result within 7 business days by email for the date of complete information submission of their application to e-print.
  • If the applicants do not receive the notification after 2 weeks from the date of submission of complete information of their application, please email us at pr@e-print.com.hk
