th Oct 2014,Beijing Magazine “Printing Manager” formed a group of 30 people to attend the “Taiwan, Hong Kong Printing Business Representatives Autumn Exchange Tour 2014”. They visited e-print Kwun Tong printing workshops again. Mr. Mike Tsui, Executive Director of e-print, and Mr. Jim Chan, Colour Management Supervisor of e-print led the tour to visit the pre-press, printing, post-press facilities and procedures. Mike and Jim introduced many advanced machines to the Exchange Tour including, Intelligent e-print Management Systems, Automatic Paper Folding Machines, Perfect Binding Machines, Saddle Stitching Machines, Paper Cutting Machines, Die Cutting Machines, Offset and Digital Printing Facilities and Latest 3D UV Digital Printing Systems etc.
In the power-point presentation, Mr. Mike Tsui introduced the history of e-print, as well as the determination of putting lots of resources to develop information technology systems in the prophase. Through the electronic business operation, to provide caring services to the customers, to optimize the place order procedure, to integrate the manufacturing management, and thus the successful IPO of e-print last year.
Finally, there were Q&A session provided to the visitors and welcome them to have a discussion with e-print’s staff regarding to the printing industry and e-print business. Mr. Mike Tsui answered their questions one by one and shared his opinions. That was a great chance to exchange printing experience with the visitors from Mainland China.
